We can define the Slovenian Business Angels Club’s mission in the following points:

• The Slovenian Business Angels Club is the first club in Slovenia to have been established of the kind. Therefore its primary task is to establish proprietorial financing in the initial business-growth stages. Consequentially it promotes such sources of financing  as well as standardizes documents necessary for the acquisition of such documentation.
• Considering this is the first business angels club to be established in Slovenia and the market for such financing has not yet been regulated, our mission is also to transfer knowledge, experience and good practices from the most developed regions in the world in terms of business – such as Cambridge, Stanford, etc. 
• The most important aim of the club is to help as many beginners as possible on their business way with proprietorial investment and other added values ensured by the business angels. 
• The Slovenian Business Angels Club fulfils its main mission through identification of projects, preparations of entrepreneurs for their presentation in front of the business angels and connecting investors and entrepreneurs, ready for proprietorial financing. 
• The indirect mission of the club is to coordinate those entrepreneurs, who are not yet ready for the investment process, but show the potential, towards state help schemes and supporting institutions for entrepreneurship, which can help them develop their business opportunity to the level of maturity needed to enter into the investment process 
• The Slovenian Business Angels Club’s mission is also to transfer knowledge and good practice from abroad.
