The Slovenian Business Angels Club operates in accordance with its statute and internal books of regulations. The following bodies operate in the realm of the club:
- The Assembly – members or business angels
- The Board of Directors – the executive body of the club
- The Supervisory Committee – the supervisory body of the club
- The consulting group – which helps the business angels with investment decisions
