THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. Branko Drobnak, the initiator of the project and business angel
Branko Drobnak established the Group Poteza (Poteza Skupina). He has led and followed its development since 1992, when the Stockbroking company Poteza, d.d. became operational. Through dedicated and persistent work, with the support of a carefully selected leadership and with clearly outlines strategic goals and moves he built a company, which today is considered one of Slovenia’s leading offerers of financial services in the field of asset management, investment banking, business finances and stockbroking.

Mr. Slobodan Sibinčič, president and business angel
Slobodan Sibinčič has in his so far existing career built several companies, a few of them also as the president of the board of directors in the company Gospodarski vestnik (The Economic Journal). Slobodan Sibinčič is a publisher, organizer of the December managers’ concert and the Secretary General of the European Business Press as well.

Mr. Enej Kuščer, vice-president
He is the director of Acies Bio d.o.o. and former vice-president of the organization Cambridge University Entrepeneurs with years of experience in establishing start-up companies in Cambridge and the operation of business angels groups of that town.

Mr. Blaž Kos, business secretary
Three years of experience in incubation of start-up companies and proprietorial sources of financing, both in terms of his work in the Ljubljana university incubator as well as in his own companies and business projects.

Jonathan Cooper, consultant
Jonathan Cooper is the director of the venture capital Poteza Innovation and Growth Fund and has more than 8 years of experience with venture investments in the Balkan region. He had gained his experience already in the USA and got acquainted with the situation in the region mostly through the American venture capital fund SEAF.

Jan Kobler, secretary and consultant
Mr. Kobler is the investment manager of the venture capital Poteza Innovation and Growth Fund.
